I was at the gym the other morning and ran into my friend Tim. To make a long story short, he said “it seems like there are a lot of homes on the market right now.” I told him “yes, compared to earlier in the year, but compared to last year, there are actually fewer homes on the market,” especially in his neighborhood in South Redondo Beach.
