This week I talk about the South Bay real estate market above $6,000,000. I don’t want to spoil your enjoyment of the video, but from Manhattan to PV, the high end is slower this year compared to last. Last year there were 22 sales year to date over $6m, where this year there have only been 13 (YTD). Most of those have been newer construction in the Manhattan Hill Section, Manhattan Walkstreets, and a few in PVE.
