While we live in what most would consider an Endless Summer, Summer in the South Bay is a pretty fun time to enjoy outdoor events. When you tire of going to the beach or swimming in the pool, here are some of our favorite things to check-out during the summer.

Malaga Cove Concerts in the Park
The concerts will take place every Wednesday evening through August 28 at Farham Martin Park adjacent to the Malaga Cove Library. The music starts at 6:30 p.m. but you can claim a spot on the lawn as early as 3 p.m. –

Guests can roam our 87 acres or set up shop at our Pop-Up Refreshment Station inside the Dorothy and Allen Lay Staghorn Fern Collection, where they can sip on a cocktail or grab a bite to eat while enjoying the Garden’s natural beauty, yard games and music. Kids will be entertained on the Lower Meadow by the fun and energetic Ms. Allison – think parachutes, obstacle courses, lawn bowling, bubbles and more! While we provide the fun, parents still provide the supervision.
